Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) is working for the welfare of Overseas Pakistanis working abroad and their families living in Pakistan, under the administrative control of Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & HRD Government of Pakistan.
OPF intends to invite sealed bids from well reputed Income Tax/GST (Registered) firms, under single stage – One envelope method for purchase of various stationery items for Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) Head Office, Islamabad for F.Y. 2024-25.
Bidding Documents containing list of required items and other terms & conditions can be downloaded from PPRA website or obtained against the cash payment of Rs. 1,000/- from the office of the undersigned on producing written request on letter head of the firm. Sealed bids must reach to the undersigned till 1100 hours latest by 29-10-24. Earnest money/bid security of the fixed amount specified in the bidding documents in shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order from a scheduled bank in favour of OPF should also be submitted alongwith the bid. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours in presence of bidders/representatives who want to attend. Late & Conditional bids will not be accepted. Taxes will be deducted according to Government rules. OPF reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule # 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004.
