- Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) intends to auction a Plot reserved for construction of apartments in its Housing Scheme, OPF TOWN, Raiwind Road, Lahore for which sealed bids are being invited from interested Overseas Pakistanis under “Sealed Bid Auction Method”.
- The complete detail of plot along with terms and conditions is given in the bid document, which can be downloaded from websites of OPF [www.opf.org.pk] and PPRA [www.ppra.org.pk]. Interested Overseas Pakistanis shall submit their sealed bid on theprescribed application form given in the bid document duly completed in all respect, along with the other requirement including non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand Only) and bid security of Rs. 5,000,000/- against plot in form of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of “Overseas Pakistanis Foundation”.
- Sealed bid must reach the Housing & Works Division, OPF latest by 11:00 am on 17th May, 2023. Incomplete applications, late submission, submission without bid security and / or nonrefundable processing fee will not be accepted. OPF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance of bids as per the PPRA Rule No.33. Successful bidder will be required to pay Govt. taxes in addition to the offer.
