The tender Notice was published on October 08, 2022 in national newspaper, OPF & PPRA websites for “Construction of Multi-Storey (High Rise) Commercial Building Complex OPF Housing Scheme Phase-I, Khayaban-e-Jinnah, Raiwind Road,Lahore” The last date of submission of bids is October 27, 2022.

Reference to the pre-bid meeting held on October 20, 2022 wherein the tentative bidders had requested for extension in bid submission date.

OPF management is pleased to announce that considering tentative bidders request in the pre-bid meeting, the bid submission date has been extended to November 03, 2022.

The bids shall now be received in office of Director General (H&W) 3rd Floor, OPF Head Office, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad on 3rd November, 2022 up to 1200 hrs. No tender / bid document will be issued on the opening date. The bidders can purchase the bidding documents from the office of Director General (H&W), 3rd Floor, OPF Head Office, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad uptill 2nd November, 2022 on submission of prescribed application along with demand draft / pay order amounting to Rs.5,OOO/- (non-refundable) in favor of Overseas Pakistanis Foundation Islamabad being cost of bidding documents. The envelope containing technical bids will be opened on 03rd November, 2022 at 1230 hrs in the presence of bidders’ representatives who may like to attend. Bids received after prescribed time and date shall be rejected.

The other terms & conditions of the tender notice will remain the same.
