1. Overseas Pakistanis Foundation Head Office, Islamabad invites sealed bids
   from reputable Firms / Contractors for running of its cafeteria for an initial period of one year, extendable for further two years, wherein breakfast, lunch and refreshment will be served to the employees. Caterer will have to provide hygienic and quality food and excellent services for various meetings as well.

2. The intending firms / caterers should have sales tax / income tax registration.

3.  Tender documents along with bidding instructions may be obtained from
office of the undersigned during working hours upon non-refundable payment of
Rs. 1000/- (in cash) and submitting written request on letter head of the firm. The documents can also be downloaded from PPRA & OPF websites free of cost.

4.  Bids to be submitted by 7^th August, 2024 in the office of undersigned upto 1100 hours. The bids will be opened on the same date at 1200 hours.

5.  Pay order / DD of Rs. 25,000/- (refundable) shall be accompanied the bid as Security Deposit.

6. OPF reserves the right to accept / reject any / all bids as per PPRA rules 2004
