Overseas Pakistanis Foundation was established through the Emigration Ordinance 1979 and incorporated on 8th July, 1979 as Section 42 Company under the Companies Act,1913 (now Companies Act,2017). It is a public –sector company to be governed in accordance with Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013.
Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) requires the services of consultant to undertake external audit assignment of ISO 37001:2016 at OPF head Office and its all projects / offices across Pakistan as per the requirement of Companies Act, 2017 in compliance with standards.
OPF intends to appoint Firm as Consultant for the said purpose. The firm should be registered with all the relevant audit body. Bidding shall be conducted under Rule 36 (b) of PPRA rules 2004 single stage-two (02) envelope containing, separately, financial proposal and technical proposal in sealed envelopes. Tender document shall be issued during office hours till 22-6-2023 to from the office of the under mentioned officer, on payment of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees One Thousand Only) in shape of cash (non-fundable).Tender documents can be obtained from Finance Division, OPF Head Office, Islamabad.
The specifications, terms and conditions are mentioned in the tender document. The bids to be submitted should be clearly marked “Tender for Appointment of Consultant” and shall submitted before 23-6-2023 on or before 11:00 am and the same will be opened at 11:30 am of the same day.
