Note: Quality of all furniture items should be of super fine finish using seasoned Shesham wood/ high quality Veneer or strong plastic and strong Steel frame, with minimum warranty of ten years.

Interested parties should send their sealed quotations to the undersigned upto 18th March 2010 at 1200 hours of appearance on the Website of this advertisement. Conditional quotations will not be accepted. The consignment will be supplied at the OPF public School Sheikhupura and finishing / polishing installation will also be carried out at the site. 2% of the total amount of quotations in the shape of bank draft in favour of OPF should be submitted alongwith the quotation as earnest money. Taxes will be deducted according to Government rules. Bids will be opened on the last date of receiving at 1230hours in presence of the bidders who want to be present. Earnest money of successful bidders will be retained till + expiry of warranty period and after sales service period.

OPF reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at anytime prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal on the basis of valid reasons.
