NOTICE INVITING TENDERS
Tender No.OPF/3541/Stage Curtain/GC/WD

Sealed tenders are inviting from the Govt./Semi Govt. approved contractors/firms who are registered/enlisted for the year 2009-2010 in any Govt. deptt. In “C” category (proof must be provided) for providing & installation of stage curtains including controlling motor at OPF Girls College F-8/2 Islamabad. Completion time of the work is 02 months.

Interested contractors/firms having experience of execution of similar nature of works of cost not less than Rs. 2.0 millions may obtain tender documents against payment of Rs.500/- (Five hundred only) non-refundable on presentation of complete documents from the office of General Manager (Housing & Works), OPF Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat G-5/2, Islamabad Tel: 051-9219126 on any working day. Tenders duly completed and accompanied with call deposit equal to 2% (two percent) of their bid price should reach the office of the General Manager (H&W) by 12th March,2010 at 1200 hours. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 1230 hours in the office of the undersigned in the presence of bidders or their representative who may like to be present. Tender documents shall not be issued on the tender opening date. Incomplete tenders shall not be entertained.

OPF reserves the right to reject any or all the bids/proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal on the basis of valid reasons. If concealment / distortion of fact is detected, it would be sufficient cause to reject the tender at any stage.
