Notice Inviting Tenders

Sealed tenders are invited from the Govt./Semi Govt. approved manufacturers/firms/suppliers ,who are registered/enlisted for the year 2009-10 in any Government Department (proof must be provided) for providing/installation of Power Factor Panel at OPF Head Office Islamabad. Completion time of the work is forty five (45) days.

Interested manufacturers/firms/suppliers having experience of execution of similar nature of works of cost not less than Rs. 1.2 million may obtain tender documents against payment of Rs.500/- (Five hundred only) non-refundable on presentation of complete documents from the office of Joint Director (Admin), OPF Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat G-5/2, Islamabad on any working day. Tenders duly completed and accompanied with call deposit equal to 2% (two percent) of their bid price should reach the office of the Joint Director (Admin) by 05th March, 2010 at 1200 hours. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 1230 hours in the office of the Chairman, Central purchase Committee in the presence of bidders or their representative who may like to be present. Tender documents shall not be issued on the tender opening date. Incomplete tenders shall not be entertained.

OPF reserves the right to reject any or all the bids/proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal on the basis of valid reasons. If concealment/distortion of facts are detected , it would be sufficient cause to reject the tender at any stage.
