Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) to handover the possession

 of OPF Housing Scheme Zone-V, Islamabad to allottees soon

 A high-level meeting was convened at OPF Head-Office on October 4, 2017 presided by Chairman Sub-Committee Housing, BOG - Muhammad Jehangir Minhas along with MD OPF Habib Ur Rehman Gilani & DG (Housing & Works).

Mr. Minhas has desired to handover the possession of plots to overseas Pakistanis / allottees of OPF Housing Scheme Zone-V Islamabad by December 2017. Special instructions have been made to complete the pending tasks a head of time to ensure the smooth delivery of plots so that the overseas Pakistani / Residents can enjoy the luxury of their living.

The site is provided with all the basic amenities of life as the developmental work is completed by FWO. It was agreed that all the available resources be deployed to complete the pending tasks such as the boundary wall and levelling of the plots before December.

OPF is relentlessly working to deliver every ounce of the promise made to allottees. It is evident from the fact that a private security company is hired to ensure 24/7 surveillance. OPF has also arranged ample water supply to cater to the needs of Block C residents meanwhile purchase of separate land for water-supply is soon to be expedited on priority basis.

OPF is pursuing the matters related to the provision of a 60’ feet wide road that shall be approaching the Zone V scheme through Gulberg Housing Scheme Islamabad. Interim-connection for electricity are made available for block C whereas IESCO is to be pursued to introduce a complete electricity solution for the individual electric connection. Similarly necessary steps are being taken with the higher officials of SNGPL for the provision of sui-gas connections.
