OPF Housing Scheme Peshawar is located about 2.5 kilometers from the Main G.T. Road, near the Ring road. The scheme is planned over an area of 991 Kanals. The infrastructure i.e. roads, water supply and sewerage network is completed, whereas the external electrification. The construction of boundary wall around the periphery of the scheme to ensure security and development of park for beautification of the scheme has been completed.

All residential plots have already been allotted. Commercial plots in the scheme will be sold through open auction. Possession of plots is also being handed over to those allottees who have cleared their dues and interested for construction of houses on their plots.
