OPF Housing Scheme Chittarpari Mirpur (AJK) is located near Mirpur City towards Dina. It is spread over an area of 5643 Kanals.

Phase I & II of the scheme is completely developed whereas 80% development works on phase-III has been completed. 2894 residential and 187 commercial plots were created. 2547 residential and commercial plots have already been allotted exclusively to overseas Pakistanis belonging to Azad Jammu & Kashmir and sale of remaining plots will be offered to overseas Pakistanis shortly.
