HANDING OVER POSSESSION OF PLOTS IN BLOCK-C

NOTICE

 

Subject:     HANDING OVER POSSESSION OF PLOTS IN BLOCK-C, OPF VALLEY ZONE-V, ISLAMABAD

Reference our letter of even number dated 25.10.2017.

  1. Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) is pleased to inform you that, the development works of OPF Housing Scheme Zone-V, Islamabad have been substantially completed. OPF management has planned to handover the physical possession of residential plots of Block-C of the scheme in the December, 2017.
  1. You were requested to deposit your outstanding dues latest by 15.12.2017 for issuance of NOC letter, so that physical possession of the plot could be handed over to you for start of construction of houses. But till date you have not cleared you outstanding dues neither you have given your written consent for taking over possession of your plot.
  1. It is therefore, once again requested to pay you outstanding dues without any further delay so that NOC for possession may be issued in your favour, if you have already paid pleased ignore this notice.
  1. Your written consent should reached this office on or before 15.12.2017. Please also provide you present mailing address alongwith e-mail and cell number. If you are unable to come to this office personally you may appoint any attorney for taking over possession of plot on your behalf.
